Ops Team Tactical
Conditioning is all about
improving team
fitness, strength and above all else - mental toughness. Our
tactical conditioning training is based on the elite special forces
intakes from around the world. These guys make up the
ultimate
teams as working together effectively can mean life or death.
Our programs are designed by current and ex members of the Special
Forces community and focus on getting the best out of your team.

David Stocks has been responsible for training some of the
country’s most elite warriors and athletes through specific
tactical and physical conditioning programs.
His background is in the Victoria Police Force where he was a member of
the Special Operations Group. Prior to this he served as a
Physical Training, Firearms and Defensive Tactics Instructor to Police
members and new recruits.
Whilst the show was running David was the Strength and Conditioning Coach on the new
“Gladiators” showing on the Seven Network.
He is also responsible for training members of the Police Force
aspiring to positions on the elite Special Operations Group training
course. He has worked with several national level athletes
and
teams from various backgrounds.

What
do we offer?
Our team of tactical conditioning coaches are fully trained to
facilitate sessions for you and your team. We work along side your
strength and conditioning staff to improve the specific condition of
athletes and drastically improve overall team dynamic. We
design
each program or event to suit your needs – choose from half
day,
one day, weekend, or longer term options. We are also
specialists
in outdoor adventure training which can be included in your program or
