IS BOOTCAMP REALLY
HARD?
Bootcamp
is challenging yes, but making changes to your body and mind is never
easy. The best results come from hard work and intestinal
fortitude. Our instructors and your fellow squad mates will
be
there with you all the way to motivate you to succeed.

DO I HAVE TO DO
EVERY
SESSION?
Yes.
Our programs are designed to become progressively more difficult from
start to finish. Missing sessions only detracts from your
ability
to achieve your goals.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I
HAVE AN
INJURY OR MEDICAL CONDITION?
We
may require you to get medical clearance prior to the commencement of
bootcamp. If you have clearance to participate, we may need
to
work in conjunction with your physio/osteo, etc to help manage your
injury/condition and keep you on track.
DOES AGE MATTER?
We have recruits
of all
ages

I AM NOT VERY FIT,
HOW
WILL I KEEP UP WITH EVERYBODY?
Elite
Ops Bootcamp caters for all fitness levels. We keep our
instructor to recruit ratios low and restrict our total squad size
– this means you will be well observed. We also
make sure
we understand exactly what level of fitness you have by running a BFA
(Basic Fitness Assessment) on day one. The results of which
are
used to put you in a section with others of similar fitness.
