ops community. These guys are the world’s best team
players. They faced some of the toughest selection courses in
the
world. Their ability to work as a team could mean

or death. They bring their experience and knowledge to your
event
or program and show you how to be physically and mentally tougher.
Choose
from:
• Bootcamp
This is our
version of basic
training. This is a
minimum of
4 weeks, 2 or 3 times a week. We can come to
you or a venue close to you. Your team will go through a
BFA (Basic Fitness Assessment) on day one. The results of
which
will be recorded for comparison every 4 weeks.
Your team will be expected to put in 100% effort and attend
all
sessions. It will be challenging, but the
results are unbeatable.
•
Spec Ops Event
This
is a true test of mettle. Your team will be taken away for a
genuine Spec Ops Bootcamp experience. Choose from half day,
full
day or weekend/two day overnighter.
Your
event will include physical training and regimented
activities.
We can include team obstacle courses, abseiling, navigational
exercises, and other activities that will involve getting down and
dirty!
